courses
• 21-35 years old
• Height - at least 5’2”
• With five (5) years of experience as a

restaurant employee, three (3) years of which

should be at least at the supervisory/asst.

manager/manager level
• Above average communications skills
• Skills in Planning, Organizing, Leading

and Controlling
• Must be able to build and maintain

professional relations with people in the

organization
• Computer Literate
