JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for the performance, integrity and security of a database; Additional role requirements include planning, development and troubleshooting.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Required skill(s): Oracle 9i/10g DBA in Linux; Installation, configuration, upgrade, and migration; Backup and recovery; Database security; Storage and capacity planning; Performance monitoring and tuning
Preferred skill(s): Oracle Financials 11i/R12 support; RDBMS design; High availability techniques; VLDBs Management
3+ years experience employees specializing in IT/Computer - System/Database Admin or equivalent
