Accounting Staff

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance Management
• Highly organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledgeable about inventory is a plus
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Honest, trustworthy, hardworking, fast learner, respectful
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Can work with minimum supervision
• CPAs must have passed the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Examination and have met additional state education and experience requirements for certification as a CPA.
Responsibilities:
• Duties are basically to perform accounting and budgetary work and other financially related tasks;
• Prepare financial statements and reports, analyze costs, maintain budget files, interpret and analyze financial records. His duties also include preparing bank reconciliations. He also needs to apply principles of accounting in analyzing financial information in preparing monthly internal reports;
• Assist you in analyzing your financial statements, looking for problems or opportunities for improvement;
• Determine working capital and cash flow requirements;
• Help you develop a budget and setup system for your monthly review of budget vs actual results.
