Full-time Human Resources Staff

at PacificJet Corp. in Makati

JOB Scope: To assist in the efficient administration of all human resources acitivities

KEY Areas of Responsibility:
1. To keep and update database of applications
2. To schedule applicants for interviews, ensuring the required documents are submitted
3. To submit reports on recruitment
4. To maintain data management system for the Department
5. To coordinate administrative acitivities

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management or related course
2. At least one year administrative experience
3. Preferably with experience in HR work, particularly recruitment
4. Proficient in MS Applications and internet use
