JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Educational Background : Graduate of Business Administration or any
Management related courses
Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer is an
advantage
Personal Qualifications : Male/Female, 25 to 35 years old
Skills and Training : Must be very articulate with strong service orientation
background
Minimum of 2 years experience in fast-food, leisure and
entertainment operations.
JOB SUMMARY
Assumes direct control, responsibility and supervision of the Branch Operations.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sees to it that park facilities, utilities and signages are all in the highest standards and in proper condition.
Responsible for the proper shutdown/breakdown procedures, park overall safety guidelines emergency/incident response procedures;
Supervises the preventive maintenance of all rides as well as safety and repair maintenance;
Coordinates with the Engineering Department/Park Consultants and suppliers with regard to repairs and renovation, approves work permits;
Recommends improvements in equipment and park operations efficiency and guest safety;
Attends to all operations problems, including customer service issues and complaints
Responsible for the proper orientation, training and motivation of park crew personnel;
Ensures that all rides are properly and correctly manned;
Administrative supervision of all tenant/arcade operations;
Supervises marketing events, activities and promos conducted in the park;
Performs pre-opening inspection of the park.
Supervises the inventory of tools and equipment;
Recommends spare parts purchase requisition;
Sees to it that operations revenues and expenses are within the budget;
Prepares monthly operations report;
Performs other tasks that may be assigned.
