JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Educational Background : Graduate of Communication Arts, Advertising or any
Marketing course
Personal Qualifications : Male/Female, 20-25 years old
With above average communication skills
Must be computer literate

JOB SUMMARY

Provides assistance to all marketing activities

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists the Marketing group on various activities;
Provides support in promotions, public relations and advertising requirements;
Coordinates with sponsors, suppliers, agencies and other marketing related contacts;
Files correspondence, records, clippings, and other documents related to promotions, public relations and general marketing;
Takes inquiries (through telephone, mail, etc.) from customer, sponsors and other clients;
Keeps track of promotions results;
Gather raw data for marketing studies and evaluation;
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
