We are seeking for volunteers, interns & OJT students, applicants who would like for a Sports Event that will be implemented in Metro-Manila, Laguna, Cavite, Bulacan & Pampanga. It’s a Volunteer Job with honoraria allowance. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are also encouraged to join.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male of Female, age 21 to 27 years old (bi-sexuals excluded)
• College students and/or graduate in Theater Arts, Mass Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.

SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

• Must have above average English communication skills and good in Filipino
• Must be highly organized, analytical and systematic individual.
• Must have good letter writing and correspondence skills.
• Must have good computer skills to prepare documents and reports in excel, word, and powerpoint.
• Must be willing to travel on road trips, and responsible/trustworthy to carry-out field event assignments
• Must have good communication to speak with people during field work coordination.
• Must have leadership skills to be able to lead and motivate participants in community event.
• Must be creative, innovative and a self-starter especially during individual field work.
• Must be industrious, dedicated, persevering, resourceful, and can work under pressure.
• Lastly, must be willing to work on extended (long) hours, especially during field work event projects and events that usually end late at night (during pull-out of equipments).

Events management and productions are fun and exciting. But it takes a whole lot of hard work to work in a production. It is fascinating and it brings joy to a lot of public audiences; but for us who are at the back-stage, it’s fast-paced and full of work.

We caution applicants that this is not a regular “stay-at-the-office” type of job. This is an event management job that is mostly field coordination and on-site event productions (in schools and village-barangays) in Metro-Manila and in provincial areas.

Applicants must fully understand what it takes to be part of an event management organization.
