Part-time commission-based HR Sourcing Associate for an HR Firm in QC

- Male or Female
- Undergrads/Grads may apply
- May choose to work in our office in QC (will provide laptop for use) or at home.
- Flexi-time / may work from home
- Will be provided 100p a day if he/she chooses to work in the qc office (transpo allowance)
- Will help source potential candidates for clients (Direct and Permanent hire.)
- Once the applicant referred was successfully hired, 4k incentive (for every rank and file and file / supervisory level that was successfully hired. 5k for every applicant that was hired on a managerial level)
- Must be dedicated, hard working, can work long hours in front of computer
- Must be RESOURCEFUL. Will post openings in jobsites and contact several applicants.
- Will get / source applicants from different sources for all openings
- Will arrange daily interview schedule.
