Job Title: Brand Manager

Qualifications:
Male, 25-35 years old
College Graduate from leading reputable schools
Experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
Minimum 5 years working experience in Brand Marketing with minimum 3 years managerial experience
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for developing the strategic and annual brand plans for the assigned brand to meet with set budget. The incumbent is accountable for building the brand equity and image of assigned brand(s), and to liaise closely with all relevant personnel to ensure the right execution of brand directions and successful implementation of
all planned brand activities within agreed budget and timing.
Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
• Responsible to develop and implement marketing strategies for certain brands which will generate sales volume/revenue to meet with budget as well as build brand awareness.
• Ensure the managed brands are developed smoothly via coordination among marketing, sales and logistic etc. brand champion.
• Develop, implement and monitor promotional and media campaigns, and to coordinate with various departments to ensure the activities are efficiently executed.
• Monitor and control marketing spending against budget & plan.
• Analyses the market information through competitors’ activities, pricing, product potential, market research etc., and device brand strategy and promotion programs in line with brand group’s direction.
• To manage the advertising / public relations/ research company in delivering the quality and professional services.
• Provide guidance & monitor the sales team and distributors in communicating a coherent brand identity in merchandizing and promotion activities.
• Maintain a good relationship with brand owners.
