CALL CENTER TRAINING

TeleDevelopment Services, Inc. (TDS), has been providing clieant with global outsourcing and back-office solutions since 1991. Since then, we have supported over 450 captive and outsourced teleservices and BPO providers' human capital and process development needs.
In 2004, TDS has been the preferred HR solution in the BPO industry of the Philippines - contact centers, business services providers, captive call centers and share services facilities. TDS supports its clients with processes that have been developed and refined well before the movement of operations made the Philippines a major destination for back office operations.
In line with this, TDS is also offering FREE Call Center training to qualified candidates / applicants.
Minimum requirements:
-at least an incoming 3rd year of any college course / finished 2 years in college / 2 years vocational or diploma course are okay to apply
-must be conversant in English
-willing to work on shifting schedules
