Under general supervision, he performs a variety of man labor and semi-skilled work in the preventive and corrective maintenance, custodial service, repair and alteration of buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds locating and marking of underground utilities; assist Operations and Maintenance personnel in completion of field duties; learns and demonstrate a full understanding of all applicable policies, procedure and work methods associate with assigned duties,

-Graduate of Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineer or any related course.
-At least six months to a year of work experience in the same field
-With background in operation, installation, repair and maintenance of building facilities, machines and equipments.
- With knowledge in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) implementing guidance.
-Resourceful and innovative and can work under pressure .
-Willing to work long hours,
