SOURCING SPECIALIST (INTERNAL HIRING)

• Acquire lists of graduates from schools
• Invite applicants to come to the office through text/email blast and call outs.
• Participate in campus career fairs
• Contribute ideas on how to improve sourcing methods and candidate management
• Sort potential candidates from an existing pool
• Maintain a tracker for effective tracking of candidates
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must have extensive interviewing and sourcing skills.
• Must be willing to work long hours.
• Candidate must have good communication skills both written and oral.
• Candidate must be driven and goal oriented.
• Amenable to work in Mandaluyong City

We entertain walk-in applicants from Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm.
