Accounts Receivable Clerk
at Kontrol Sports Eyewear in Quezon City
Looking for an older female with experience in Accounts Receivable work to handle the accounts of a small eyewear company in Loyola Heights, Quezon City (opposite Ateneo)
Job description involves: collection of checks, banking reconciliations, keeping accurate payment records, communicating regularly with our customers on their billing statements, payroll management, basic office administration tasks and inventory of stocks. Must be willing to travel within Metro Manila regularly to our clients places of business, with all travel expenses and meal allowances paid by the company. Lunch is provided daily.
Relaxed, casual work atmosphere managed by friendly Fil-American who speaks basic Tagalog only, so good English is a must.
We pay above minimum wage and provide employer contributions to SSS, Phil Health & Pag Ibig so applicant must have a birth certificate, a TIN# and be willing to get a NBI Clearance.
