We are seeking a motivated Sales Professional with excellent communication
skills. Someone who can do product demonstration / presentation in front
of large and small groups. Primary focus is to foster new business
relationship in selling security products like CCTV / Digital Video
Recorders RFID to Offshore and Outsourcing Companies (BPO, Call Center &
IT Companies)
Willing to do business relation by contacting IT managers, purchasing
manager, Facilities Directors, contractors and willing to do fieldwork.
Can perform with minimal direction and meet and exceed
assigned quotas, prospect and close accounts in the face of established
competition.
Skills and Qualifications:
Male / Female - 22 - 30 years old of age
Exposure in IT environment, especially networking or Video related field
Willingness and ability to do field work 30-40% of the time.
Willing to do phone calls and set appointments to Offshore and Outsourcing
Companies (BPO, Call Center & IT Companies)
Ability to translate technical requests and communicate/educate
effectively on product information
Ability to make sales/technical presentation/demonstrations to large and
small groups.
Demonstrated ability to penetrate and close new accounts and opportunities.
Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and manage productive partners.
Ability to translate technical requests and communicate/educate
effectively on product information.
Plus Factor:
Minimum 1 year experience in selling / dealing to Offshore and Outsourcing
Companies (BPO, Call Center & IT Companies)
Consistent track record of exceeding quota while maintaining customer
loyalty and required product margins.
Experience managing multi-tiered customer and channel partner relationships.
Knowledge on security cameras and RFID is a plus factor
