Network Business Development Consultant

To be the key builder of customer relationships, work with the sales team to create new business and develop, present, and structure solutions with potential outsourcing clients. Direct and manage the analysis, design, proposal, implementation, and ongoing delivery for an assigned account, ensuring its profitability, revenue performance, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Provide technical knowledge and expertise to design appropriate solutions using Cisco, Avaya, ISS, NAI, Symantec, Huawei, Juniper Network Products and Services
- Create commercial proposals and verifies estimates, work plans, deliverables and benefits within the technical segment
- Introduce emerging technologies to develop innovative solutions
- Provide technical support to the delivery team members in managing technical escalations in projects & support
- Provide technical leadership to other consultants
- Maintain technical expertise in an area of focus and is knowledgeable of future technology directions
- Stay current on competitors’ products and services
- Participate in the implementation of programs within their area of focus
- Generate leads and expands business opportunities
- Promotes teamwork and cooperative effort
- Help train and give guidance to other NMS team members
- Provide customers with the highest quality products and services
- Understand and apply appropriate quality improvement processes
- Accountable for customer satisfaction
- Accountable for meeting business target
Resource Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree (Electronics and Communications/Electrical,Computer Science, Computer Engineering) with 8-10 years experience in Security/Network Consulting/Delivery
- Master’s degree in the above mentioned courses a plus
- 6-8 years experience in Security/Network Consulting/Delivery
- Has the ability to influence and persuade others
- Strong knowledge of Solutions around Security /Network Products and Services a must
- Ability to use technical knowledge to implement appropriate customer solutions
- Must be a recognized leader in one or more technical areas in Security and Network (depth)
- Knowledge of related networking technologies required
- Operational level knowledge of other network vendors’ technologies, and/or knowledge of related third party solutions desirable
- Cisco certifications such as CCIE or other specialization like CISSP a must
- Must possess an Analytical Problem-Solving Skills
- Must have very good in knowledge in Account Management
- Excellent communication skills, team player
- Willingness to work in a non-standard work hours (ie; different shift hours)
