Recruitment Specialist

RECRUITMENT SPECIALISTS (6)
(National Capital Reg - Makati City)
Responsibilities:
• In-charge of hiring, recruitment and development of people under manpower services.
• Must have own pool of applicants preferably for retail and sales deployment.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
• Design, and/or enhance recruitment tool such as application forms, interview questionnaires as well as developing online process for the expediency and facilitation of recruitment processes
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to ensure the attainment of recruitment targets
• Source, interview and process candidates for clients’ requirements and coordinates with hiring managers to ensure quality candidates are hired
• Handles job interview, administer and checking of psychological test to applicants.
• Facilitate and maintain strong working relationships with HR personnel, and community organizations to build credibility and to create partnerships that yield successes
• Prepares monthly recruitment status report
• Conduct orientation for newly hired deployed employees
• Organizes and updates applicants’ databank
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• Preferably female, single between 25-35 years of age
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related fields
• Prior experience in recruitment and deployment of Sales Personnel is an advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
• Excellent in conversational and written English
• At least 1-3 years of working experience in general human resource management with specialization on recruitment and placement
• Experience in executive search and mass recruitment, preferably for sales associates, office staff, accounting and related positions
• Possess a strong network of job applicant sources
• Good management skills: planning skills, decision making skills, conflict management skills
• Good at multi-tasking and with good people skills
• Can manage time effectively, aggressive, target driven and independent
• Good computer skills
• Full-Time positions available.
• Can start immediately
