Office Systems Admin. Clerk
at Kontrol Sports Eyewear in Quezon City
Primary job would be day to day administrative tasks such as data input & reports generation.
Secondary tasks are managing our eBay sites in 3 countries & all online sales. Submitting feeds for search engines, working with our retail partners in making sure they have the newest styles on their websites and updating new styles etc onto our own webpage... don't need a web designer as we can outsource that but more a 'Project Manager' as liason. Someone who can also take photos of
sunglasses and video's to upload to eBay (nothing professional needed, just simple images, taken on company iphone 3GS)
It would be an evolving job with all types of 'Computer & tech stuff' under their umbrella, such as researching applications we can use to speed up office processes, implementing them and teaching our staff to use them ... implementing computer security, cameras, blocks on social websites etc to increase productivity in the office.
Online research is part of their job. Plus setting up online tasks such as filing SSS, Philhealth taxes etc online to also cut down wasted time lining up at government agencies.
We would also need them to do 4 days a month of field work doing inventory at stores.
Basically we need someone who uses their head to implement better ways we can use technology to streamline our business.
We are are offering a full time job 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day with lunch provided at starting pay of P420 daily, which is effectively P9,100 per month + meals provided. Pay review after 3 months.
Office is located near Katipunan near Ateneo & UP Diliman so we can consider students to work part time.
