Qualifications: – Male or Female – At least 1 year experience in hotel front desk operations – A college graduate preferably HRM or Psychology courses – Can work independently and with minimal supervision – Customer oriented – Must be able to problem solve and trouble shoot especially on guest issues – Computer literate
