Position is for a recently established direct selling company, Naturteq Direct, Inc.

The Qualifications:
• At least a College Degree in any related course
• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
• Good in creating powerful presentation materials
• Has highly effective public speaking skills
• At least 2-3 years experience in a supervisory position in Direct Selling or Multi-level Marketing
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to effectively work with culturally diverse groups and customers
The Responsibilities:
• Mainly responsible for training, developing and recruiting salesforce.
• Develop and implements various sales programs and activities
• Responsible in preparing presentation materials for recruitment and training the salesforce
• Responsible in monitoring sales and recruitment performance as well as prepare the necessary required reports
• Provides support in ensuring the achievement of the company targets
Additional Considerations:
• Willing to travel; mobile
• Preferably single
• Preferably with a network of people
