PAYROLL SPECIALIST
at Abby Lainez in MAKATI CITY
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or any related course
• Preferably a CPA but not required
• With at least 6 months of experience in processing payroll (Rank & File to top Management)
• Exposed and has knowledge of the following:
a. General Accounting
b. Time keeping
c. Payroll Processing
d. Benefits and Compensations
e. Preparation and computation of monthly allowances
f. Computation of year round benefits
g. Pay policies
h. Monitoring of employee status, salary and information
i. Alphalist computation
j. Preparation of monthly/ quarterly reports on mandatory/ government deductions
k. Annualization
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Application such as Excel and other accounting software, QuickBooks
• Can handle pressure and can comply with strict deadlines
• Has a high degree of professionalism & leadership
• Highly organized and can work under pressure
• Quick and aggressive in market penetration
• Have strong rapport and well connected with the industry
• With great communication and customer service skills
