Qualifications:

•Experience in MAC upgrades and repairs

•Experience in Mac OS X Client Support

•Knowledge of Apple Applications

•WAN/LAN/WIFI Configuration and Support

•Must be able to explain technical issues in non-technical terms when necessary

•Has experience in troubleshooting MAC for ANY of the following:

• Outlook Calendar Best Prices

• Outlook command line switches

• Re-creating PC Outlook Mail Profiles

• Active Directory Distribution List’s versus Security groups

• Creating Distribution List’s in OWA

• Mac Single User Mode

• Mac Safe Mode

• Mac Verbose Mode

• Unix Command Line for file system check (fsck – fy)

• Mac Disk Permission Utility

Requirements:

•Applicant must hold a Bachelor’s/College degree or specific education in Computer Science or related courses

•Must possess at least a valid Philippine passport

•Preferably with US Visa and willing to work in the US for at least one (1) year

•Must have strong communication skills and excellent client interaction skills

•Self-motivated; works effectively with minimal supervision

•Must have excellent interpersonal skills and able to work collaboratively in a team environment

•Extremely well organized, detail oriented and has strong sense of personal ownership

(Interviews are conducted during the Weeks, Nights, and Saturdays)
