List Management Specialist
A U.S. company is seeking an experienced admin worker to perform a range of back office functions as part of a team providing Internet marketing services. All team members will work virtually from home in a structured and managed format. Responsibilities include handling auto-responders, email broadcasts & product order reports. We will provide training in 2 different software programs used to perform basic repetitive tasks. This position reports to the local Manila based operations manager.
Requirements:
1. Able to work from home comfortably, in quiet, without distractions
2. Have home computer system
3. Minimum of 2 years admin or HR office experience
4. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
5. Mature, reliable, hard working and serious
6. Very detail oriented, focused and meticulous
7. Computer savvy and experienced using different kinds of software and office applications
8. Excellent references including from previous employers
9. Willing and able to work night shift (graveyard) if/when required
