PROJECT ARCHITECT
at Jenn Cabano in Pasig
FOR PROJECT ARCHITECT: – Shall have at least 3 years experience in supervising contruction projects. A thorough understanding and experience with international “best practices” modern construction technology and contractual arrangements used for the project is important.
Requirements:
- Licensed and with good scholastic records
- With proven technical competence in all aspects of his/her discipline
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate; CAD “know-how” is an advantage
- With experience in design, site, or cost estimation
- With experience in design, cost estimation, and construction management
- Those with experience construction of cleanrooms, inspection, and quality control are also welcome
