Job Responsibilities : The Assistant Director of Enrollment Management will be involved in the recruitment of prospective graduate students in a variety of ways.   The individual will carry out the recruitment and admissions processes, working with the respective departments of graduate programs.   The Assistant Director will work closely with the Director of Graduate Admissions, VP and Associate VP of Enrollment Management to develop and enact new strategies for recruiting and enrolling graduate students. The Assistant Director will also participate in the recruitment and enrollment of undergraduate students by conducting interviews, attending on and off-campus recruitment events, and generally managing an undergraduate admissions caseload. The individual will also work on special admissions or financial aid projects as assigned. Implement recruitment and admission of graduate students. 2. Implement communications plans for all assigned graduate programs3. Coordination of Graduate Recruitment Events4. Carry out interviews, graduate recruitment fairs and other on and off-campus recruiting activities5. Assist with direct mail, web and telephone campaigns to prospective students6. Assist in counseling of financial aid applicants.

Job Requirements : 2-3 years of progressively increasing responsibility in admissions, preferably focused on graduate, continuing or adult education recruitmentBachelors degree, Masters preferredStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsValid drivers license and vehicle available for recruitment travel.
