OSP Engineer

Male or Female, 25-40 years of Age
A graduate of EE, ECE or EE in a reputable School
At least 5 years of experience in relevant field
OSP Engineer
• Supervision and Control of outside plant construction work, hand-over and maintenance. Also Planning and DESIGN.
• To study thoroughly the work instruction, standard and specification given by the client for the project.
• Prepare detail survey plant which includes land survey along the routes detailing terrain, wadis, rocks, existing underground utilities, etc.Perform supervision and inspection during installation, splicing, testing of copper and fiber optic cables.
• Perform red line documentation and as-built drawings.
• Must be dynamic with capacity to achieve target on or before completion date without fail.
• Must be aware of safety procedures described by the saftely officer and make sure his team follow safety instructions.
• Must report immediately to his superior any work variation from the scope of work, drawings and BOQ.
• To lead & supervise a group/groups of individual in the survey, planning, design & implementation of OSP Network.
