Full-time Customer Care Executive

at VCUSTOMER Philippines in Quezon City

With at least 2 years of college education or completed a diploma or certificate course
Must have at least 6 months experience in the Contact Center Industry
Experience in order-entry, sales and/or customer service
Upselling exposure will be considered as additional skill
Available to start ASAP
Must be fluent in communication and comprehension skills � Excellent English (Written and Spoken)
Proficient in soft skills and rapport building is an advantage
Have the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
Computer literate and keyboard familiarity
Willingness to work in night shifts, weekends & holidays
Flexible to adjust per schedules without preferred weekly offs
Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
