Japanese Technical Representative

Qualifications:

Fluent in Japanese Language.
Must know how to read, write and speak Japanese. Strong self-motivation to work in a highly performance driven and results oriented environment.
Undergraduate (atleast 2nd year college) / College Graduate
Strong customer service orientation
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Above-average verbal and written English/Japanesecommunication skills
Comfort and ease in communicating over the telephone, via chat, or email
Troubleshooting experience is an advantage

(Interviews are conducted during the Weeks, Nights, and Saturdays)
