Part-time LEGAL COUNSEL

at HR select in Metro Manila

Academic: LL.B. or JD from an accredited law school; in good standing with any relevant bar association.
Experience: At least 6 years extensive experience as an attorney in a law firm, corporation or both; strong negotiating and drafting skills; IT literate - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to intermediate level; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with ability to influence at all levels across the organization. Knowledge of law pertaining to educational institutions, especially in the area of contracts, employee relations (workers’ compensation, insurance, labor), students, faculty and liability preferred.
