BUSINESS ANALYST

• 5 years in IT or Finance with strong background in reporting and analysis
Education:
• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
• Masters a plus

• Problem Solving / Decision Making Skills
• Industry / Product Knowledge
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Prioritization and project management skills
• Understand data – how it is grouped and put together and how to manipulate
• Understand system capabilities
• Understand how to extract data from large systems
• Excellent analytical ability, communication skills, strong judgment and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical staff.
Skills/Knowledge:
• Strong technical skills that support information mining (Data – Actionable info)
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced work environment
• Proficient in Excel, SQL and Access
