WE NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES FOR AN EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND SCREENING ACCOUNT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct online, database, and direct telephone research critical to the CLIENT’s service delivery
• Analyze, evaluate, report collected data
• Provide great customer service to clients
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field (1 year of education - OK)
• Must have excellent English communication skills
• Must be willing to work with a flexible schedule.
• Must have strong customer service and sales skills
• Must have good problem solving and analytical skills
• Must be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows, Online, Database & Telephone Research
• Preferably 1-4 yrs experienced employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas
