Sourcing Specialist (Freelance/ Home-based)
- Source applicants in different ways (online, cold calling, etc)
- Desire to achieve aggressive recruiting goals under tight deadlines
- Experience with candidate tracking database, Excel, Internet, and other recruitment technology
- With very good aptitude in CV (resume) evaluation and matching skills
- Commission of Php 3k for every successfully-hired applicants referred
- Unlimited income opportunity
- No quota, commission tax-free.
