CPA with Payroll Experience
at Jay in Mandaluyong

Garrett & Talon Inc. is an inhouse pioneer company in Mandaluyong City, established
to service the customers of a leading online retailer specializing in same day delivery
worldwide since 1996.
We are looking for a stellar CPA with payroll experience to assist both our HR & Accounting team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for recording and maintenance of accounting records of the company.
Prepares/reviews all receipts and disbursements of the company.
Coordination with other departments and management regarding funding requests
for operating requirements.
Prepares monthly management reports, periodic reports, P & L statements, and
reconciles data within tight deadlines.
Responsible for implementing accounting policies, procedures and practices that
would enhance smooth flow of operations.
In-charge with SEC, PEZA and BIR compliance.
Acts as liaison between finance and other departments within the organization.
Coordinates with third parties such as depository/ correspondent banks, external
auditors, tax agent, consultants, legal counsel and other relevant government
authorities.
Oversees and manages purchasing and office supplies.
Billing and Accounts Payable – Reconciliation of Vendor Bills.
Performs related/other duties as required.
Professional License passed board professional license exam.
Requirements:
Must be a CPA
Preferably with Audit Experience.
Has experience in payroll preparation.
Familiar with BIR Tax Compliance, PEZA and SEC rules and regulations.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in all phases of accounting and finance
matters in commercial and industrial company.
With hands-on knowledge on Quickbooks Pro Software and MS Office applications,
particularly Excel and Word
With excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
Well versed with current accounting practice and procedures.

With ability to demonstrate resilience and patience under challenges.
