Full-time IT Customer Support

Primary Functions and Responsibilties:
• Primary contact for support of Customer Care.
• Training clients on how to use various web applications.
• System / content updates.
Qualification and Requirements:
• Graduate of any IT or related course.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of personal computer hardware equipment.
• Knowledge of CSS/HTML application.
• Knowledge in Web Page design and development a plus.
