RESPONSIBILITIES: *Perform outbound and inbound calls *Organize and deliver customer offers, proposals and presentations. *Determine customer needs and recommend the best solutions *Build customer relationships by providing prompt and exceptional sales and after sales service. *Stay knowledgeable about company’s products, services, promotions and policies keep up to date on the telecommunications market. *Manage accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction which includes organizing, installations, account setup and maintenance, contracts, offering appropriate answer and solutions to customer issues and requirements.
REQUIREMENTS: *Must be willing to work home-based *Must have stable Internet Connection and noise-free environment *Can understand and speak fluently in English Language *Must be an efficient worker; with flexible and amiable personality *Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment *Must possess strong and convincing sales skills in telecommunications *Must be motivated, enthusiastic and works professionally
