Site Engineer/Estimator (Industry: Construction / Building / Engineering - ANGELES, PAMPANGA)

- Must be a Civil Engineer graduate

JOB DESCRIPTION

1 Performs actual measurement as required by the client/project
2 Estimates materials and labor costs for roofing, ceiling, etc..based on plan or
actual measurement.
3 In charge of project mobilization and de-mobilization.
4 Hire subcontractors for JNV projects
5 Monitors on going projects, and reports on the progress of such to the immediate
superior or Operations Group Head.
6 Ensures that projects' workmanship is on schedule and in accordance to the specs
of the plan/requirement of the client.
7 Oversees the over-all status of the projects and acts on minor problems that
may arise on site.
8 Implements safety measures on site and consistently checks on the adherence of
such by the manpower assigned to accomplish the job.
9 Checks attendance of In house installers at the project site and keeps
record of such for payroll reference.
10 Prepares weekly payroll for installers.
