Job Summary

The project manager does what it takes to manage and satisfy client expectations, and profitably manage the resources assigned to him/her.

Roles and Responsibilities
· Organize work of the software development team assigned to him/her.
· Manage satisfaction and expectations of client.
· Provide motivation as well as discipline to the team.
· Appraise the performance of team members assigned to him/her.
· Provide mentoring and guidance to more junior members of the team.

Qualifications
· At least five (5) years experience in the software development industry, with at least two (2) years in project management.
· Strong background in either Agile Software Development or the (Rational) Unified Process.
· Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
· Track record of successful projects.
